The Invisible Words

Halit Ayarci, a character from the book The Time Regulation Institute, wrote: "Being a realist does not mean seeing the truth for what it is. It is a question of determining our relationship with truth in the way that is most beneficial for us." This sentence glued itself to me, and even after a shower it still hadn't gone away. I came to think that, truth or not, there is one undeniable fact: for every visible story, there is an invisible one. For instance, I was once told to look for the invisible emojis hiding behind the visible messages that had none. Imagine that they are all there: the invisible emojis! I was told.

That was interesting. If I am able to imagine the invisible version of every visible fact, perhaps I will have access to my invisible life. My invisible life: the one I have been dreaming of, for its invisible nature--- can in fact be a reality!!! The only thing it lacks is matter, and matter, after all, is not that important.

In my invisible life, there is no pain. The visible people from the visible world have their best invisible versions, and I am able to communicate with them through invisible dialogue, in the invisible realm of the invisible world.

For every visible word, an invisible word. For every visible person, an invisible one. Visibility means nothing once you learn to imagine the invisible.

HA!
